Hard to believe, but Jon first worked in the optical business at age 7. It was 1964 and his father wanted Jon, when grown, to take over the family lab business in Pascagoula, MS. When he got out of college he wanted to try other things, so Jon never took over the family business. However, he came to understand that optical was running through his veins and in 1979 Jon re-entered the business and has remained ever since. Jon enjoys working directly with optical practices and assisting eye care professionals and dispensers with the growth of their business. He believes that the most consistent growth is achieved through the application of best practices in patient handling and "at the chair" prescription recommendations.

With over 15 years of optical industry experience, Braxton is an asset to all his clients. With 12 years as an Optician and Optical Manager, it is not unusual for Braxton to be assisting a practice in the dispensary as well as conducting product seminars and on-site training. Braxton has dispensed, sold and repaired glasses and worked in a surfacing lab, making him keenly aware of the needs of his clients.

In the industry since 1998, Shannon began working with an eye care practice that used Superior as their lab. Over the years the practice grew and, in addition to dispensing, Shannon was trained to run the in-practice surfacing lab. Shannon started in Superior's lab in 2009 and moved to sales in 2011. Practice growth through education and training is a big focus for Shannon. She enjoys working closely with practice staff on new product education and advanced dispensing techniques.
